1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Bounce Padel Club waitlist and any communications you receive from us as a result of signing up. By joining the waitlist you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Bounce Padel Club Limited (“Bounce”, “we”, “us”) operates the waitlist and this website.
2. Joining the waitlist
When you join the waitlist you provide your first name and email address. We use these details to keep you informed about memberships, launch events, club updates, and related news before the club opens. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership, a place at any event, or any particular pricing, and creates no contractual obligation on either party beyond these terms.
3. How we use your information
We process your details to administer the waitlist and send you the updates described above. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the agreement box and submitting the form. We store your information with our email provider, Klaviyo, and do not sell it to third parties.
- We only contact you about Bounce and the topics above.
- We keep your data for as long as you remain on the waitlist.
- We apply reasonable measures to keep your information secure.
4. Marketing communications
By joining the waitlist you consent to receiving marketing emails from Bounce. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at the address below. Withdrawing consent removes you from the waitlist.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable privacy law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
